Average stay
Rooms were ok but could be better. Breakfast didn’t had options as it was sourced from nearby restaurant. Car parking space is limited. It’s ok for a night or 2 stay.

Terrible Stay
I had a terrible experience at the hotel—unclean rooms, rude staff, noisy environment, and poor service. It completely ruined my trip and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Good neat and clean rooms. The only problem was that hot water tap was not working in the morning otherwise hotel is new and rooms are also good

Good to go for a long stay
The room is okay for a single person to stay with decent amenities. A good thing to say is that it is in a prime location with all nearby shops and shopping centres.

Excellent Location but Cleanliness need attention
Location is great. Cleanliness can be better. Room size was just ok for single person. Geyser was having problem.

Disappointing Experience From MMT and Fab Together
After paying complete amount and upon confirmation from Make My Trip, we reached the property where we were informed that it's completely occupied and that our booking is cancelled. Horrible experience. The replacement hotel which they provided was cheaper in cost as well as quality and MMT did not even provide the refund for differential amount. Highly disappointed.

Overall stay was Average. Not so good
I have booked 150 sq.ft. room but after reaching hotel they insisted me to take 70-80 sq.ft. small room for being single person. I after lot of debate they gave me top floor room with sufficient space but with poor cleanliness. Commode and basin were not aligned properly. No complimentary water bottle and soap provided. Overall stay was Average.

Poor Room and Facility Conditions
I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the room and facilities provided. The washroom was very dirty, the exhaust fan was not working, and there were no basic toiletries such as soap or shampoo. There was also no toilet paper, and the commode was in a very unhygienic state. Additionally, the washroom door was broken and could not be locked. The room itself was not properly cleaned. Bedsheets and towels were not changed in a timely manner. There was no extension phone to contact the reception, which was very inconvenient. Furthermore, there was no kitchen available in the hotel, and breakfast was brought from outside. Overall, this place felt more like a guest house than a proper hotel. I hope appropriate action is taken to improve the quality of services provided.

Toiletries were not properly maintained. Some of them were broken. Eg. Toilet seat. Intercom services not available in the room. The location was hard to find. There is terrible darkness at night near the hotel.
