I had one of the worst experiences staying at this hotel. Right from the beginning, things went downhill. The lift wasn’t working, which was extremely disappointing, especially when you have to carry luggage up several floors. The condition of the room was far from what was shown in the photos online. When I checked in, the room was completely dirty – the bedsheets and pillow covers were stained and clearly unwashed. The toilet was filthy and unhygienic. It was obvious that no proper cleaning had been done before my arrival. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely rude and uncooperative. Despite multiple requests, they refused to provide a clean room or even fresh bedsheets. Their behavior was unprofessional and dismissive. Overall, this stay was a complete disappointment. Poor facilities, dirty rooms, and terrible customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

Third class service. 1. Lot of mosquitoes 2. No light in washrooms 3.no towel and soap 4. No water in jet spray 5. Taking money for breakfast but not provided.

Bad experience, the room was full of cockroaches and mosquitoes. Sheets and pillows had bad smell into it, washrooms were way too dirty. NOt RECOMMENDED

1. Phone number not reachable 2. Lift was not working and i had to carry luggage to 3rd floor 3. While check out also lift not working. I had to carry luggage to basement 4. Tv not working 5. Bathroom fittings rusted not recommended to stay if you are having luggage.

There is no food available at the hotel or nearby; you have to go far for it. The service is okay. We would give it a 2-star rating.
