It's a newly made hotel or property and clean room and bathroom. Service is good. Just food will not be available after 9:00 PM at Hote. There are no nearby restaurants for dinner. Not enough breakfast, not even properly electricity there,staff was not coordinating, room also so small ,don't have which they mentioned have one after booking

I stayed at treebo riwaayat regency for one night Tbh my experience with the hotel was average. The location is good, ambiance is nice, I stayed in small sized room. The room service was also nice. The facilities were nice too. Even they can provide with extra some time to check out as per availability. The hotel is newly started so they don't provide lunch and dinner, they have given complementary breakfast but that too comes from some other hotel. They mentioned giving breakfast from 8 am to 10 am. But it was served at 8:20 am I'm mentioning this because I had an exam that day and it made me delay to attend the exam. All over my experience was average. As per location the hotel service is good but definitely they have to upgrade food facilities.

The service was good. Rooms were compact. Washroom was stinky. They dont have restaurant. They outsource breakfast items and serve in room. They dont even provide hangers/space for clothes
