Hotel Nandanvan Annexe

the shower was not working and the wash-basin drain was dripping on the bathroom floor. The mattresses were mouldy and out of shape. The place is ambient but needs a complete renovation and overhauling. Waiting staff to improve guest handling.

overall good stay. but tata sky not working. Bathroom clean but accessories were very old.

No room service, no phone in room, tv was not working, no daily room cleaning very avarage hotel, only hotel location is good

The Hotel is located in the main hub of Pune. All daily required amenities are available nearby. You won't expect amenities and service at this cost from the hotel.

the cleaning and hygiene is not up to the mark. The bathroom was not clean, the bedsheet was not changed.

There were bed bugs that I found in my bed. I had to change 3 times to get a decent room. In the first room the network and Wi-Fi did not work and it 2 single beds where u had booked for a queen bed. The second time when u changed the room the toilet jet spray was not working. The third time u changed the room the whole room was covered in mould, there were multiple bed bugs and the toilet was not functioning. Throughout my stay I did not get hot water and was told u will get it only from 6AM to 8AM and that was also not given. The lift did jot work on the last day as well. Overall I would not suggest this place until the building is kept in a better shape

Rude staff, poor AC, Bad smell in the room, no hot water, poor room service, bad smell outside the room also, old worn out towels, no intercom arrangement. Staff behaviour is bad. Not recommended as per hygiene condition.

The location was good but the rooms were not. It felt like the room was not cleaned properly and also the mattress and pillows covers were dirty. Room did not have a phone or proper lighting

Worst customer service Even the towel is not provided, unless we "request"!. "Manager" does not even care about "customer service"

no amminities provided by hotel ...no breakfast allow for online bookings even we paid same...no fresh curtains and laundry service is not working here...

horrible experience.. arrogant staff.. pathetic room conditions, they don't even have hot water.. what else to say, there is tel instrument in room for room service, fan has no regulator, no dust bin, torn pillows, stinking blankets. how can platform like Make my trip tie up with this kind of properties. specifically counter staff is very arrogant

Nandanvan Property is very good, We had an absolutely amazing time at Nandanvan Annexe. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable; nothing was too much trouble. The only disappointing thing was that the pillows were very thick , but this is a minor issue. We can't fault the place and will definitely go back. Absolutely liked everything about Nandanvan Annexe. cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations. Check in and check out process very easy Cleanness 5⭐ staff also good Ambience is also good Property around atmosphere is very beautiful 🙏🏻❤️

I recently stayed at hotel Nandanvan and wanted to share my thoughts. The check-in process was quick and smooth and the staff were attentive and helpful . The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Hot water is available at all times of the day. Housekeeping was reliable and consistent. The location was convenient for exploring the city and the breakfast was only served if you booked your room there itself, you can order your food online, the staff would hand you at the door. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at hotel Nandanvan.

hotel staff is too rude they have to change the attitude towards customers they should not talk like goons

Property is located at a prime location. Rooms are spacious and in good condition. There was slight dampness indide the rooms. Room service is good.
