Price are too high. Room are not as shown in the photo .Cockroach in the room, could not sleep due to dogs barking on the roads that was clearly heard in the room. No restaurant in the hotel and no option in break fast. They get the food from outside

The hotel is located in the city which is a plus point. Cleanliness is not up to the mark. Poor accessories in the toilets. Just a soap for bathing (no shampoo). Beds are not in good condition. Overall poor maintenance.

Stayed in the hotel second time within a month. Executive ac room was comparing to deluxe non ac room rate was average. Food was ok. Ambience was average. Recommend for bachelor stay, not with family.

the photos were different no hygiene no proper services provided no good response and not so welcoming and the location very much issue as the taxi or any thing ordered came to a different address

Hotel alpine is 2 star property in pimpri pune. Good accessibility. Parking limited. Food quality okay. Ambience okay. Tv wasn't working properly. Saw a cockroach. Purpose of stay served.

Nice behaviour by staff, healthy breakfast, good cleanliness and overall nice hospitality. Location is also convenient from other places.

Poor maintenance, very old hotel, smelly, unwashed pillow covers, bed covers, no proper drinking water

As soon as i entered could see cockroaches running around and after that mosquitoes ruined my sleep. Old dirty sheets no hot water worse than a cheap lodge i will be filling a consumer complaint against overcharging me

Hotel is situated close to metro station which is a advantage. Hotel also has a provision on ev charging point. Rooms were clean.

The experience was excellent. Room service was also good. Food was also good as per the cost. Rooms, area and bathroom was clean with not too much but sufficient warm water.

They hadn’t allow us to inter in hotel, i called customer care and there were no option to go forward with call. Because they said no booking is available on this number.

rooms were not even ordinary! walking price is cheaper two properties in the same name just sent to each other confuses guests.

As per rates, the hotel needs to provide good quality soup, sampoo, and free tooth paste and brush.

Rooms are pretty old. Lift is very basic. Linen, pillows etc are not changed for ages. For food, meals one has to order from outside
