Dirty room!
Not a clean place! Sheets and beds are dirty! Rooms were not even cleaned. Tiny cockroaches everywhere. There’s a damp smell always coming from the rooms.

Regarding the AC, please note that the remote temperature was set to 30°C before you compalined; for optimal cooling, it should be set to around 20°C. which we did once you asked us to help you. The room was small that's fine, the walls had dust on it which was visible, blanket had a stench which they changed immediately but it should have been checked. Menus are there but food service is not available.

Poor Stay
The room wasn’t clean, and smelly. Did not find the room as shown in pictures. The price was not worth for a very small compact room and bed was small too for comfort, pillows were very old, used and uneven

Excellent. Good maintenance. Good staff. Friendly room . Neat and clean I recently stayed at The Serene Horizon Hotel, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, with the front desk staff being courteous and efficient. I was given a room on the 6th floor with a beautiful city view, and it was both clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens felt fresh and high-quality. The bathroom was spotless, with a steady supply of hot water, soft towels, and complimentary toiletries. Housekeeping was prompt and maintained the room very well during my stay. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which had strong connectivity throughout the hotel. The in-house restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes for breakfast, including both local and continental options. The food was flavorful, and the staff was attentive. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop lounge – it offered a stunning view of the skyline, perfect for unwinding in the evening. We haven’t had a working kitchen or served food to guests for nearly 5 years now. 🍽️❌ If you ordered from Swiggy or Zomato during your stay, that food came directly from those restaurants — not from us. While we’re happy you made use of delivery options, we can’t really take credit (or blame!) for their service or quality. We’d love it if future reviews were based on the actual experience we provide — accommodation, hospitality, and the vibe — rather than someone else’s butter chicken. 😄 Warm regards,

Pls don’t stay,Poor service,Dirty room,dirty bed sheet,dirty blanket,dirty washroom I called around 4 to 5 times and shout than they changed the blanket and bedsheet, there was dust and dirt at many places

Excellent Stay
It was a fairly spacious room with a balcony which had a view to Mango Orchards. Located on the main street, it was still quite peaceful and tranquil. Memorable stay. Recommended for people who want a budget friendly, yet a good experience in Pune.
