A good place to stay for a day or two. The location of the resort is excellent, right on the lake, you can dip your feet in the water. The open air restaurant is overlooking the lake as well. The greenery and plants at the resort are a highlight. It's a small place with 6 rooms. Ample space for the amount of people with a decent sized park. Overall, well worth the price.

Lousy rooms. Not maintained. Staff is uncounted and not bothered. The hotel should be closed down

Good view from garden but rest is average
Location is near the lake so its beautiful but the property is not maintained and has poor infrastructure food was good but not hot and took time to prepare service is good but the owner doesn’t seem serious about delivering best

Excellent Stay
Had a peaceful and memorable stay at Sunshine Resort by Khadakwasla Lake. The lake view, especially during sunrise and sunset, was absolutely stunning. The place felt safe and private—perfect for couples. Staff were friendly, the food was tasty (though a bit pricey), and the overall vibe was very relaxing. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

Resort is at good lakeside location but it's not good for family with kid. it's overcharged. you can get similar resort nearby in less price. there is no outside restaurant option nearby and food available at restaurant is not hygienic for kids.

A cosy escape away from hustle and bustle.
It’s a little resort tucked away near the Khadakwasla dam reservoir. It’s a wonderful place to catch a sunset and the food is good.

Recommended resort near khadakwasla
The space and cleanliness in the resort is good. The staff was co-operative and well behave. The food quality was also good.

Staff over there is very hospitable in nature. Great view of lake. Food is also good . Boating option is not available. Nice & peaceful place to stay.

Sunshine resort is a lovely property right in front of the lake. Very clean rooms and good food. Away from the city noise. Overall a great weekend getaway.
