Holiday Cottage Inn, Sinhagad

Food was good at the resturant. We ate dinner , wanted simple food . It was delicious - homely fresh. Room was good , spacious. Manager was very good , responsive. Location was apt for my ultra marathon starting point. The location is also at foothill of Sinhagad , so good area. The room needed little maintenance , hence was rating 4. Overall , good experience.

Hotel is in vintage condition n no basic facilities like wifi, refrigerator n pathetic bathroom. Can’t be even label has guesthouse also.

The food was great, owner is a good man too. However the rooms are not airy and clean. I would not recommend any family or group with women to stay because personally hygiene and cleanliness was a huge challenge.

Terrible rooms with non-functioning ac, dirty washrooms and leakage in toilet. Service is also worst and need to wait for long time to receive even tea in the restaurant.

Rooms are specious but condition was average. Bathroom are good. But location was fantastic. Food was good.

For official purpose not suitable stay place. Also with family stay is not suitable. Rooms are not comfortable, lack of staff services, after lots off follow you will get some response. As per accommodation price, hotel rooms are not maintainable. For ladies its risky stay. Worst stay of entire life hotel stay. Food is ok but my colleague get mixed non veg gravy, he ordered mutton and in that dish chicken also mixed. Not like this type of service of food. Amenities in hotel which i experience is very worst. Not visited next time.

Do not stay this dirty place even bedsheet ani blacket was dirty only one this was good that is food i did not sleep full night due to room dirty

Rooms are pathetic, bed sheets were dirty and commode was broken there was no strap over it. This the the worst hotel i have stayed in, not at all worthy to pay 1200-

Good. Stayed for a day for sort trail ultra run. Owner is quite accommodative and even after checkout gave us spl room after the run for freshen up and have some rest.

Pathetic maintained. Smelling toilet. No water in toilet. Arrogant staff. Staff was not aware of booking. Shifted rooms twice. Dirty bathroom, rusted shower, creepy environment. Lights went off twice.

2 days stay we want a pleasant room but we received a unpleasant room. Uncleaned room with lots of dust. Service by staff of cleaning is not done. Check in and check out time is different. For bath their is no hot water available

No 24*7 hot water supply but food was good also, and privacy issues were there as well. Service can be improved.

I didn't enjoyed the stay. I saw pics and i thought i am gonna get a cottage (as mentioned in the name) instead i got a room. An old one. The wall, electricity sockets were wearing off. They have this two floor building where the standard rooms are located. After i reach there i understand that the pics i saw are old ones. They didn't have hot water, the electricity was discontinued several times. The phone in the room was not working properly. The whole place have a very negative vibe. Also not at all recommended for family, even not for couples. As per this service i find food cost a little too much, but the test was ok. The staff was polite.

The internal structure of hotel rooms and building it worst need to reconstruction, every second minute the light gon,

Location perspective, holiday cottage is best place, it is is situated near sinhagad fort. Also room size was good but maintenence was very bad. Rest room was not cleaned, i saw a used condom was lying in surface near bath tub which was very annoying. Also it has no play park for kids

Room condition is very bad, not worth.
