not at all worth the tariff paid. in fact the reception staff mentioned that MMT has charged almost twice the rate that they would charge for a direct booking. disappointed with the upkeep of the room as well

Only stayed for one day, the overall experience was good, room service was prompt, cleanliness was good. Though the rooms were a bit old, they were quite comfortable, electricity did go out while we were in the hotel but given the rough weather conditions the staff did their best to get it back on. Good Stay with nice room and helpful staff. all things are good and nice location to be there on time.

No 24 hours hot water was available, I have to shower with cold water in such cold day, even in next day hot water was made available after 6.30 am..break fast was not available till 7.25 am in the morning..I left hotel without breakfast as I have to go urgent.. I am totally unsatisfied with quality and service of hotel, request you get the refund of money paid

The location of the hotel is very central. The staff is very professional. Although the structure is a bit old but it is very neat and clean. One problem i felt was the dampness of the place and the smell which dampness leaves behind.

location is not very approachable as some work is going on the side road.however the property is well maintained and the rooms are hygienic

Front office staff not welcome with smile face. Room cleaning was to good. Wldone team hk. Maintenance need to be improved tv cable is comeout. I have ordered fresh lime juice they serve with normal water not chilled water. Food taste is ok.

Great location ( in the city buy on side street) great buffet ( the spread was impressive) good service ( late night checkin, bag storage) decent wi-fi ( enough for casual use) will come again.

Not worthy for the amount charged for the stay. The room assigned was not worthy for spent. The hotel is too old.

The room was fine. Valet service was not good. They asked me if they can park my vehicle at basement. I dont understand why my car was full of dust over it. My neck pillow which is suppose to be inside the car was totally spoiled with dust and mud. We asked the hotel to bring our luggage at chec out as we were busy in a conference at the same venue, a charger was missing which might have been plugged to the board.
