Average Stay
Rooms are good and spacious, but the breakfast included is just too poor. It is as if he is fulfilling an obligation. Even the tea tasted awful. Stayed there for two days and both days the breakfast was below average. For some reason he sources the breakfast from outside. There is a restaurant attached which serves awesome food but reasons unknown the breakfast is outsourced. regular room cleaning also is an Rooms are good and spacious, but the breakfast included is just too poor. Terrible Stay
"Trebo" has a very strict policies regarding the verification customers wether they are married or not(which is good,I do agree), but once u check in hotel, they dont even have a sense of maintaining water in the bathroom, need to call many times and tell them "water is not there water is not there". So first you guys have some basic culture to maintain the hotels later you can pose like a strict hotel in verifications and all "Trebo" has a very strict policies regarding the verification customers wether they are married or not(which is good,I do agree), but once u check in hotel, they dont even have a sense of maintaining water in the bathroom, need to call many times and tell them "water is not there water is not there". Terrible Stay
It was pathetic !! Specially about the bedsize , i clearly mentioned before arrival that i wanted a king size bed , they provided me single bed twin type room !! Secondly their was suddenly boiling water started coming out from the shower while bathing and keeps on coming again and again all of a sudden !! There was no room service at all , except giving me water bottle!! Then coming to breakfast , there was no schedule for breakfast at all as mentioned on website , firstly they prepare acc to their own schedule after 8 am and provide single item like there was only paneer parantha and upma given to me !! I had to eat that i didnt have any other option or variety but to eat only that !! Tea served in breakfast was terrible again !! I recommend not to spoil ur money on this hotel !!

the rooms are average. Bathrooms are clean. bedspreads can be maintained clean a little more. Breakfast- though they served only bread, poha and paratha ,but both were exceptionally good.

Good Stay
coupleThe location is very easy to find. It has ample parking space and in a very good locality with basic needs shops nearby. The service and hospitality of the hotel staff, was excellent. The room was very clean and pleasant. Only suggestion - they can improve the buffet breakfast. It is good, but the scope of improvement is there. Add a few more options, and also cater to a wide variety of tastes and cuisines.

Poor Stay
familyRude staff. When told ac isn’t working or flush doesn’t have enough pressure, they come and fix it and have amnesia about the issue. They said that the flush takes time to fill. Same issue with the ac. It’s like they expect the guest to wait for their defective appliances and other fittings to function at their pace. And if we have problem, then we must just grit our teeth and be thankful that the staff didn’t throw us out for complaining. Wouldn’t recommend it for people who want a nice cosy hotel close to the city

Extremely poor property. Definitely need refund
coupleI didn’t stay in the hotel cause they did not offer better room. The hotel person argued that we cannot let unmarried couple stay. While i had reached late at 12. 30am. The lights of the property were continuously going.

The hotel was average as ac was leaking but yeah the rooms were big. Room attended and the manager were not up to the mark. Breakfast was not serve at 7 am even informing them while doing the check in.

Hotel was nice, corridors were clean, my room was all hygienic and well managed, i had issue with the shower it was not working though they repaired it at that time only when i said, so that shows their services were also very fast and i was happy with my stay.

I loved my room and it's arrangment, beds were super comfy, bathroom was also clean and tidy with all necessary items there in, staff was helpful and generous, will visit here again if i ever come to pune
