Property is located just off the main road at Baner so location is good. Rooms are decent for the cost and also clean. Breakfast was ok. They need to include egg preparation in menu. Main thing is rooms need pest control. Rest all was good

The worst experience I had. Very congested room, no complementary breakfast served as mentioned in the booking order. But the staff behaviour is nice. It was fine but probably won’t stay again
It was alright, except the bathroom. The tiles and overall the washroom was so stained and didn’t smell too good either.

Location wise this hotel is good at budget price. Food is served by the attached canteen with this hotel and food quality is also good. In weak section, lift is missing in this hotel.

WORST HOTEL STAY EVER , NEVER STAY IN ITSY CROWN INN HOTEL.
1. The bed linen still had body hair from the previos guest who stayed there, the bed had not been changed. 2.The hotel is not identifiable from the street. If the bed has not been cleaned i don't expect ANYTHING to be cleaned. Whoever is reading this: NEVER STAY IN ITSY CROWN INN.
