The stay was wonderful with full service by the staff .The welcome drink was also served by the staff .room was clean

The cleanliness of the room did not meet expectations, and there was a noticeable water leak from the bathroom taps. The noise level from the neighboring property was disruptive, and hot water for bathing was only available in the mornings. Additionally, the breakfast menu offered limited options.

The hotel is good and well connected and easy to access. Room cleanliness and hygiene is good, the restaurant also serves good food. The only problem is high noise from adjacent restaurants, probably its pub adjacent. So avoid taking front side rooms.

The hotel is very shoddy. Rooms don’t have ceiling fans, the AC is terrible. Doesn’t cool properly. Bathroom drains were horribly bad. Very very bad experience. Will never recommend.

Location was good . Easy to locate . Property was properly maintained and food was delicious. Just management should be proper as we have advance booking , as we have to change a room because first one was not cleaned and newly given was not having towel and other accessories.

The hotel is located in a pleasant area. The food was decent. However, some amenities were average and there was no hot water available. The room service was also slightly slow.

Pleasant stay.. this was my 2nd time visit. neat clean and feel same as a solo traveler. breakfast and restaurant ambiance is so good. loved it

shower not working.also poor flow of water in washroom..rooms are big and good,clean, breakfast options are also limited

food is very good , as hotel Invoirment is very good , broom is cleaned and well furnished, over all hotel is excellent

stay was not so good... bedsheets were not clean, torned. staff demanded to pay all bills of food day before checkout... bathroom was not clean. taps were not working properly. TV was not working...

The staff there are rude, the tea at breakfast is not good, the washroom is dirty, and there is a bad smell. They also charge for the two water bottles provided per day. The service is not good."
