Hotel Ashray

the location is excellent right in front of busstand. All the interstate private buses visit sana parking opposite ashray hotel before departure from pune. located at the centre of pune makes it convinient for the people to stay in an Hygienic clean tidy cooperative staff.

Location was good and nearby to swargate bus stop and metro. Good accessibility to everything and good food

Overall a good experience. Clean room. Nice staff and service. Good food. Few of my suggestions would be to fix the window locks and replace the light switches.

The bottle is free in the hotel but one has to purchase it there. There is miranal water but it is not visible in the room either.

I was on business tour and stayed here for one night. But unfortunately the room was not in good condition, very old property, which is not maintained like hotel stay, specially bathrooms, bedding towels etc. Not worth for approx 2450 -

Well, location and food are cool. This time the response of staff to allot room and send refreshments was strictly average. I think they should not who their repeat customers are to serve them better.

Rooms is not good, broken wooden furniture is covered with cloth. Very old construction and bad finishing

The staff were very supportive and the room was spacious but the bed mattress was very old and the bathroom quality also needed improvement

The room was clean and hygienic. Also the home service was good. They also have complementary breakfast. I order poha for breakfast. One can try to book when any work in swargate

Good spacious room. Had issues with ac. Actually it was fitted in the wrong position. Limited breakfast. Exteriors near entrance was soothing to the eyes. Overall had good stay.

Earlier ashraya used to provide complementary mineral water but now days, it is paid. Same breakfast options were there. It can be improved.

The hotel made sure every requirement is taken care of and that stay is pleasant. Food was also good.

The food was very good at the hotel. The room was ok but the single beds were tiny couldn’t even sleep properly

Hotel Amenity is Good!! Food is of decent quality but restaurant is available only after 11am. Till then manage on your own. The disappointing part is the staff. In room cleaning, if they find even a slight stain of mehendi, they straight away charge you ₹200 per bedsheet and that too without any receipt. So it's better if u carry your own bedsheets with u if u r planning to check in.

Very good and sarvice is excellent. All amenities of your hotel are good and sufficient. Location is near the swarget bus stand
