Terrible Stay

The hotel staff were unprofessional, the room they provided AC was not working. When we asked to change the room, hotel manager asked us to call and cancel the booking. Staff was rude. Pathetic support did not provide any resolution of this problem and I have to leave with my family with in 10mins of reaching the hotel

Disappointing experience

The property stated breakfast was not added. It was on my package. They do not even have water available. The washroom was dirty. The room was cleaned well. The towel was not clean. For 2 people the room had 1 pillow and did not provide another even on request. There are no proper facilities provided. The garbage was kept right outside the room and stinked. Terrible service
