Hotel service was very poor but breakfast was good, hotel room was very small. I have to pay money but I did not get a good room because the room was very small. I did not get toothpaste and a brush, otherwise breakfast was good. Thank you.

Food was excellent and location is in center of city.. it’s just 450m from Dagdusheth temple and 300m from Shsniwar Wada Staff is very professional and kind

The outdoors have been recently renovated, but the rooms are old and need a lot of repair and maintainance. For somebody who wants to buy daily needs, it's ideally located in the old city. The staff was polite and nice. It is in the middle of a market which offers lot of eateries and shops for daily needs. Connectivity is good. One can easily get an auto even in the mornings.

Hotel is average for staying. Hotel location is on the road so it's disturbing your sleep. I have a request for an extra mattress or something to sleep on the floor. My little daughter required more space so we were unable to sleep on the bed. Staff was asking for extra charge 600 rs for extra mattress

We have stayed in this hotel for 3 times. Location is very good. Food is nice but this time it was not a good experience. Room is not so good. Price is also high for an average room.

Not good experience for jain family poor hospitality and staff eating gutkha and people smoking in floor. 1/10

1) no maintenance of the rooms 2) staff at the reception is the worst staff i have seen till now, very rude tone of voice and awful behavior.

This hotel is very closed to shreemant dagadu seth halwai ganpati tample and shaniwar wada. All the facility found satisfactory.

In the middle of the busy city this hotel is good as they have proper and safe parking facility. The staff was good. Only once had bad experience that some guests have visited the room and in hardly 20 minutes one of the staff came and very rudely said that visitors should leave immediately so we called reception and the person at reception also spoke very rudely. We already booked 4 rooms for 9 people and then too for 5 visitors (all family and no stags) for 30 minutes they don't allow and the way they conveyed this was very rude. Otherwise a good experience. Clean rooms and good food.

Room was not maintaind clean bed not good toilet not proper table and rooma cosutic poor as per today standard.

Room size is small and lot of noise due to main road facing for non ac room. Also, no complimentary breakfast given. No restaurant inside hotel. Overall not satisfied with the stay in hotel.

Had a pleasant stay for a night. The property is very near to shreemant dagdusheth halwai ganpati temple and we had stayed in the place earlier too. The rooms were clean, hot water was available. Food and beverages were also served in the room and were of good quality and priced reasonably. Parking was available too. Overall a very good experience
