Review Of Housemate Hotel Kharadi (A Business Hotel)

The AC was not working but as the weather was ok so it wasn't an issue for me and also ventilation was not good there. As I had to stay for one night otherwise it was really a major issue

There was a power cut of 3 hours. Then I changed the room to a window room for some day lightwhere AC was not working. Staff is polite but services are not good.

Property’s food : unreliable as I ordered for a sandwich and it was later called to me they cancelled as the chef denied to order the sandwich. I have been here before but it’s first time this happened to me. Facility: room given to me this time was very small but clean and hygiene. Fan in the room kept making a very loud noise I asked if room can be changed but apparently rooms weren’t available. I had to sleep with that noise.

I liked the location of hotel, food was good, whitewashing is a issue outside the hotel and in the rooms

Small room, dirty room, AC not working after some time, lift was not working, less option in breakfast

All over experience good. Room was clean and staff also have helpful nature and so kind.

Room was good but service was very bad... ordered a water bottle and never got one. Electricity was cutting off frequently

Poor service, lack of room and bathroom cleanliness, employees that were not helpful and did not smile., amenities that were in poor condition ...

good experience staff was good awesome in washroom provide bucket and mug too take shower please expect all good water bottle over charged 12 Rupees at reception extra cost for 2 water bottle

Worst experience. Service is horrible. Food is horrible. Dirty sheets, dirty pillow covers. Unhygienic toilets. Found the previous fourths undergarments in my room. Ac didn’t work for my 4 day stay and they cheat everyone coming saying ac just stopped working and will be fixed soon. Manager Manoj is the worst person ever. Even the staff are reluctant to work under him. You need to remove that manager Manoj if you want this hotel to improve. Worst stay ever.

not electricity in between and not have access to ac hotel Staff are very helpful but service not good like ac issue lift issues etc......

Hotel does not have electricity due to which air conditioner is not working, geasers work at low capacity, room does not have window, receptionist doesn't care to update about electricity issue, asked to wait 30min every time I asked for resolution, and at the end says our owner doesn't have money to fix electricity issue, unfortunately I have to check out myself at night.

The hotel was good looking and the staffs very friendly, i gave a 3 rating because they didn't have the room ready for checkin at 12pm and i had to wait for 30+ minutes to checkin and the ac was not working in the room they provided and took more than 3 hours for providing an alternate room.

Very bad experience second time ..I found cigarette in room n nt receive anyone reception call ... there is no water bottle in room ,, I wnt to say everyone pls don’t make reservation this property

Comfortable stay, friendly and polite staff. Good amenities. The restaurant is good, serving nice and tasty food.

the service is very poor and no one can give you a response and the lift is also not working, food is also not good. the behaviour of the staff is very rude and bad. this property is West of Money..

Clean and pocket friendly stay close to office location. Helpful staff members need more parking space
