Orbett Hotel (Internet complimentary)

Hotel is at good location.Rooms are comfortable but service is horrible.No one responds to Room service.

Good ambience and good service also they strictly follow all rules. Good food quality.

Hotel room is good and food is ok but rate at little higher side. Good location to go around the City.

From lobby till room it was cleaned. Very courteous front lobby staff. Ample space for parking. Room service was quick. Had good spread for break fast and tasty too. Overall it was really good experience with thought of coming there again. Small suggestion: washroom/toilet need bit upgradation.

The hotel needs revamp, the AC has a problem, internet is bad, so if you need to work , it’s not possible. It would be good if they work on the showers. Location is fantastic, it’s neat and clean and the staff was polite and prompt. I did not opt for breakfast as there are many options just 5 minutes away. I wouldn’t pay so much for this place till they improve.

Room was booked under Rush Hour deal and the experience was very poor. AC was not cooling, there were many mosquitoes in the room. Not able to sleep whole night.

We had booked a 2 night stay but it was such a horrible experience and the place was a very run down hotel that is being (so expect plenty of drilling and hammering noises during the stay). pathetic customer service and rude staff. We checked in at 8 pm and then requested for a pillow as the bed had only one pillow and the were no cushions either. They simply ignored our ask - we called them three times from our room and every time the pillow was on the way but would magically never turn up in our room. We gave up at 11 and were too tired to go down and have at the reception. Oh, and did I mention that the lifts didn't work? The next day brought with it a game of musical time. We had to change three rooms in one day. For the first change, they wanted us to move despite giving us an acceptable room and us not any concerns. The second room they gave to us had an AC that didn't work and when pointed out, they suggested we "manage" since it was just for one more night. finally give us a third room at 11:30 in the night after arguing for a good three hours.

it is an excellent place to stay located in the heart of the city cleanliness was up to Mark the breakfast served was good and with options.

Room is very beautiful, spacious and clean. It's away form the city you will get food just opposite the hotel...

Bed was not hygienically cleaned and rooms were smelling. Room door was also very tight to open and close. There no wipers in bathroom, I requested to get one wiper, they bring and again took back when i was not in room. Housekeeping staff put bathing towels as bathroom mat. Food was good.

Rooms are ok. But toilets are not good. Food is ok. Staff and their services are good. Amenities ok. Location is good.

Had a great stay at Hotel Orbett! The staff was friendly, room service was quick, and the breakfast was tasty. Clean rooms and overall good experience. Would recommend!
