Hotel has compact rooms ,tiny washroom and very risky fan position ,just 6.5 feets,if you try to change shirt or tshirt you might get hurt with fan blades . They accommodate 3 adults in 80-100 feet room .Staff is very adamanent and dry . Don't have bother to put your luggage at thebtime.of check out .managers are indecisive and expressionless .Quality of food is below average.

We stayed at this hotel from 30th May 12 noon Check-in till 2nd June early morning check-out. The hotel is easily accessible by any public and private mode of transport. Very near to Railway station. The hotel is located very near to bustling market near Rani Laxmibai Square, Shivajinagar market area. Clean and warm Reception area. Clean Rooms, Pleasant atmosphere inside the hotel premises, Cordial and immediately available staff. Daily Room cleaning services. Complimentary buffet is also available but with very limited options but it will be sufficient for a morning breakfast. Rooms are Spacious and adequate furnitures are available. Overall my family enjoyed the stay here. Nearby good number of hotels as per your budget and street food is also available in plenty. At this price the service that this hotel is offering is upto the mark. I recommend this hotel for family stay as well as for the bachelors and business purpose stay.

Firstly they provided me with non-AC Room. I had to pay extra to make it AC room. While booking it was shown with twin beds but when checked In they provided me with single master bed due to non availability of twin bed room. Room was congested with Average toilet bathroom. Food was good and also room service was good. Car Parking was available. I may not prefer this property next time.

one of the worst experience the behaviour of the staff very rude charge six thousands more for dinner and ac but they didnot on the ac as they have control at below and switch off and after various reminder if they on used nearly one two hour for two three days they charges for 8 days and for dinner they charged 300 per day but the quality of dinner is so bad that the thali they gave has not worth more than rs 50 and I was not able to eat it properly the person at reception I donot know the name charged me the full amount of ac and dinner as on 30th April I didnot take dinner he also charge for me and talked to me in very rude behaviour paying almost 3000 day but the worth of hotel is below 1000 and in bufe menu was same daily in fruit banana and water melon daily no change after various request.i will not recommend this hotel to anyone as I am regular customer of make my trip request you to please ask the hotel to refund rsc6000 that they have charged excess without giving the facilities of ac and good dinner very worst experience you should blacklist these types of hotel from your portal

Rooms are sufficient and clean. Good service is good. special requests are accommodated. located in heart of city and metro at a walkable distance. overall a value for money stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.
