businessHotel is newly built. Everything is new. Beds are comfortable washrooms are nice. But MMT has to direct hotel that how to issue invoice for GST credits. Staff is not aware of the same. On first she refused to issue GST invoice for my company but later on she issued it after some argument.

Very disappointing experience

Very unhygienic room especially the bathroom, shower curtain. Hot water not working properly. Tv disconnected. Carpets dirty. Wall paint peeling off. Lift not working properly. Entrance poor condition. Very poor facility. We cancelled as soon as we saw the condition. As discussed with the Hotel please reimburse our payment.

Its very nice Hotel well trained staff and good food. Rooms are clean and tidy. Service is prompt. Location of Hotel is very nice and in the cream area of the City.
