Wifi is mentioned in the description but there is no WiFi, then bedsheets are not clean. Rest staff is very friendly and they have arranged anything if you ask. You can stay on the hotel if you have work around Shivajinagar. overall average experience

It was good experience. I so travelled there for my personal work and I stayed alone. It was a pretty good experience. The ambience is good. Also it's in good place. It's quite it's a good place to visit and also the staff members are good. Plus, the manager was also cooperative. Also, all the workers were cooperative and I had a amazing stay there.

the experience was very terrible...they took extra charges from us .....and the service was not so good....and the staff was not supportive.the over all experience is very poor and the washroom was also not clean...they didn't even maintain the hygiene

we have stayed there for 2 night there was not hot hot water 1 call they have pickuo and told that they are now releasing the hot water but since we waited for 30 mins there was not hot water available after 30nmins again we have called but the receptionist doesn't receive the call..... same happen for next day as well no hot water... also there was hairs ok beds and also the pillow cover was not clean and it was having howls on the pillow then the extra bed we were having in our room that was not clean when we sleep on that bed we started getting itchy.....

located near to shivaji nagar railway station. hotel is not a type of family or couple friendly. slightly costly, not proper cleanliness.

The hotel was not good , the room was messy and dirty, the bedsheets had stinky smell. And the room service was also not responded well. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Best ever room. There are two twin bed and one large bed. Ac, tv available. And best facilities is batharoom and toilets are very comfortable

The curtain on the window is very dirty. There is no hot water in the shower in the bathroom. The lights in the room are not working. Only one light is working. I think all these problems will be resolved as soon as possible.

No hot water is there for bathing. Surrounding is terrible, all mud and drinking people is roaming there. Literally disgusting service
