Hotel Aurora Towers

It was nice place and food was delicious

All was good and friendly staff but few things they can improve like shower problems, window pane broken with so much noise coming, buffet very limited at times.

Property was good but poor in service, no wifi is working and the staff of housekeeping is mannerless. We missed one shawl during stay which we inquire with help desk they outright denied but when we ask about video CCTV view they returned. Price is of 5 star and service is 2 star.

this property is center of pune city, but this is old property they maintain very hygiene their breakfast also good, but they unnecessarily charged me mini bar items when I did check out rest all good

This is an old type hotel but the facilities are good, they provided cool drinks and chocolate but when doing checkout they charged me separately for this, room service was also average, but this hotel is located in the center of Pune city.

Very nice place to stay here, also staff behavior is also good and helpful. Also hotel is easily located.

Hotel Aurora Towers - where I used to stay always earlier - has deteriorated considerably... Location is fantastic but whole approach by staff is deplorable...right from front desk person. people are not customer friendly and poor in taking care. Housekeeping staff are rude and refuse to do basic work... Poorly maintained hotel. Looks like management is not interested since camp area does not have good hotels, probably they are getting customers anyways

It’s was very average hotel .... definitely needs renovation in pool area and all .... don’t give the feel of 4 star

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and my experience was quite disappointing. They had already mentioned that there is no Wi-Fi available in the rooms, which was inconvenient, but I still decided to stay. However, the bigger issue was that the jacuzzi was not working, and even after informing the staff multiple times, the problem was never resolved during my stay. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and the poor response to issues made the stay far from satisfactory. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their services for future guests.

Good hotel .. Central location . clean rooms .. only issue was that the hand shower wasn't working properly .. otherwise no complaints ..

I checked in on 7th night and checked out on 9th. Food is amazing Not that great experience No tissue provided in the room In the rest room health faucet is on the left hand side which is not convenient Only bathtub facility is available for taking bath, it is difficult for a person with physical disability to move in to tub

Very poor bathroom and WC condition. Breakfast spread is too narrow and boring. Will never stay again

We stayed there for 2 nights. Was a very comfortable stay. People are hospitable and the experience was very satisfying. Good rooms. Amenities are also great.

The room floor needs gross improvement. Staff at the front desk could be more responsive and congenial. Otherwise other aspects were good.

It was a pleasant experience, food was delicious and amenities were useful. Location of hotel was very well planned and situated in the centre of Camp area near market.

Great staff....good hotel...always a go to in pune. they even changed my room when requested . lovely hotel
