We had accidentally left our luggage at the reception, and when we were already a kilometer away, the security personnel immediately called and informed us. I booked a stay at Hotel Arora Tower. While the hotel itself is good, I’m disappointed because the listing did not clearly mention that the rooms do not have a proper bathroom for bathing — they have only a bathtub. This caused inconvenience during my stay, as many guests prefer a regular shower facility. I request you to ensure such important details are clearly mentioned in the listing to avoid confusion for future guests. that the details about the bathtub were not mentioned anywhere. It feels like this important facility was intentionally left out or not disclosed clearly. Please clarify — is the bathtub available or not?

The overall experience was good. The food and the room service was also great

Terrible food, the man at the reception was quite rude when I called and asked if we could check in early, he abruptly hung up on me and didn’t even apologize. There was never a smile on his face. The fans in the room are old and as good as non existent. The whole hotel needs renovations, it’s in a very dilapidated state. The lift fans make a lot of noise. The only restaurant is situated at a very odd place on a mezzanine floor which is not good for old people who would have to climb up or down stairs. The food is terrible. The water pressure is not good neither is the hand shower situated at the right place. There is no bathroom mat and I had to ask for hand towels. The list goes on. I don’t know who stared them 4 stars and how they are still in business but I will never stay here again.

Everything is in place...stay comfortable. Staff is extremely good.... breakfast is lovely...market access wonderful. .

Overall experience was good. Towels were not there, had to ask for it. Mini fridge wasn't working. No handwash or bodywash in washroom.

Very poorly maintained. Fridge was not working, not even normal cooling. Switches were not working. The shower knob is not working at all, you can’t shuffle between shower and tap. Bad smell inside the room. Very uncomfortable toilet seating arrangements, somehow you have to fit yourself inside a small space.

Inner room lighting setup was very old style and ac cooling was not good. The hand towel and floor mattin was not in the bathroom

Decent stay not worth the price price is too much compared to the area and room. The room was attached to another room and you can hear everything from that room so noisy

Overall experience is good as location is prime. But could be better . but basic things they overlooked like bathroom mats was missing. they did some carpainter work in side room put varnish on wooden stuff and that smell terrible. I informed them  but they didn't take action. at first place they shouldn't do this kind of maintenance work when there was room booked and they should know that  people going to suffer I couldn't on AC because of that. They allow outside food but you have to take it from lobby when delivery person visit better don't allow it.  Breakfast menu is good.

Sure. I had a great stay at the property. The location was perfect. It is easily accessible and located right on M G Road. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend it to others. Looking forward to booking again via MakeMyTrip.

I lost my ring in the hotel. I noticed it was missing after I went to park my vehicle. Could you please check if something happened at that time? Also, it would be helpful if you could check the CCTV footage.
