Review Of Hotel Aurora Towers

Very poorly maintained. Fridge was not working, not even normal cooling. Switches were not working. The shower knob is not working at all, you can’t shuffle between shower and tap. Bad smell inside the room. Very uncomfortable toilet seating arrangements, somehow you have to fit yourself inside a small space.

Inner room lighting setup was very old style and ac cooling was not good. The hand towel and floor mattin was not in the bathroom

Decent stay not worth the price price is too much compared to the area and room. The room was attached to another room and you can hear everything from that room so noisy

Overall experience is good as location is prime. But could be better . but basic things they overlooked like bathroom mats was missing. they did some carpainter work in side room put varnish on wooden stuff and that smell terrible. I informed them  but they didn't take action. at first place they shouldn't do this kind of maintenance work when there was room booked and they should know that  people going to suffer I couldn't on AC because of that. They allow outside food but you have to take it from lobby when delivery person visit better don't allow it.  Breakfast menu is good.

Sure. I had a great stay at the property. The location was perfect. It is easily accessible and located right on M G Road. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend it to others. Looking forward to booking again via MakeMyTrip.

I lost my ring in the hotel. I noticed it was missing after I went to park my vehicle. Could you please check if something happened at that time? Also, it would be helpful if you could check the CCTV footage.

I recently stayed at Hotel Aurora Towers in Pune, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel truly stands out as one of the best in the city — perfectly located with easy access to key areas. The staff was highly professional, polite, and always ready to assist, which made the stay very comfortable. The rooms and overall facilities were well maintained, offering great value for money. Considering the affordable rates along with the quality of service and location, I would highly recommend Aurora Towers for anyone visiting Pune.

wifi was not working. we also were not provided welcome kir as per package. Toilet is very old style and also bathroom acessories were not as per normal standards

Aurora Towers has been standing at this prime location since late 80s. Once a premium hotel now stands no chance in front of the newer chains. The hotel needs much stricter measures to compete. My room had issues. The washroom had a big tag that said "Sanitized", but it appears looks like the tag was one for the check box activity. The toilet bowl had a cockroach and there were hair strands on the toilet seat and wash counter

Excellent location,Great ambience and very spacious rooms. Hotel is right in the heart of M.G.Road and surrounded by many restaurants,eatery. Highly recommended.👍

Room condition good ,but in washroom only bath tub available for make the bath . Room house keeping not so good ,attend the complaint after so many times. Breakfast quality not so good as expected in 4 star hotel. Location is good ,gym good . Im short terms hotel good on an average condition.

Property location & Food service is very good. Cleanliness is decent.... all though they try their best for it.... hotel is having old fashion wooden furniture so it smells some time... No premises for walking or exercise... but you can have decent walk around terrace garden & swimming pool. overall it's good option
