Recently I booked this property having seen the photos of the property at MMT. The poor experience started from check-in itself. It’s a Flat (Service Apartment) in a complex. The caretaker came quite late after so many telephone calls. The room was good and had an attached balcony and that’s it. No service and no maintenance at all. There was no water, no toiletries, no tea cups, no Wi-Fi and no remote for AC. I had to call several times for each missing thing. I booked for Breakfast and Dinner and the caretaker was not aware of this. I complained to MMT and they assured that the owner will call me. The owner never called me. It’s a worst experience in my entire life time.

Did not have food on the property. The cleanliness was bad of the loving area and even worse in the bathroom. There was no towels available, after calling and waiting we got 1 towel.

There is no cleanliness in the room, the bathroom was quite small, there were used tissues lying in the bathroom, the breakfast was horrible: Thanda Poha and Chai, the size of the room was very small, will never be staying again

Too Bad service , Waited outside the room for someone to open , for 1 hr , at 8 pm

Breakfast was included but none of the day was provided. After reminder also denied and charges were taken. Service worst, no cooperation and hospitality. Aquaguatd did not work, Very Dirty Towels, worn out Blankets. needs to have a thorough quality check to avoid Things are being taken lightly.

.under the aminites it says swiming pool and restaurant with the property .I booked it as we ware on family holiday .there is no swiming pool nor a restaurant in the building .and the owner is not picking up the phone nor replaying .at this prise I had other options with swimingpool .

The hotel was good love to stay here & everything is neat & clean

Dey on website show hotel n actually its a apartment type no proper staff no proper mangmnt....Given room number wer asked to check in other room...

Its an excellent property close to Airport , roomsare good and spacious and fully equiped with all the aminities , we had a good time in our pvt balcony overlooking the planes and the airport , we also enjoyed the in room service of brekfast . its a perfect place and value for money

No hot water facility, no room service facility, Utensils kept un clean

The location was very peaceful, and the services provided were also good. A warm and welcoming stay! The hosts were kind, the home was clean and cozy, and the location was convenient.

No proper water in the bathroom No cleanliness Initially no washing machine was available, requested for the washing machine which was not in good condition. Room and furniture was good.
