The location of the hotel is very prime and near to market and some famous eating outlets But the room quality is very poor with foul smell of water in whole rooms

room are not good, no room service . not good for stay. near so many options are available for food.

This was a pleasant staff. The staff members are very polite and the clening is upto the mark. The place is at convenient location from market and bus stop and metro station.

Its lodge not a hotel i pay with tax and i get non- ac room higher price and low facilities. All night mosquitoes bites and they can’t arrenge mosquitoes liquid

Room was too dirty and no telephone was available to contact reception and tv was also not working.

This place is just in the middle or i can say heart of pune ganpati temple is 10min walk or just rs 25 they charge for rikshwa. And also other places like shaniwar wada. Pure veg resturant, kfc, and all branded showroms are just down the market. So location wise its very good for a traveller for shopping, eating. Staff was friendly and cooperative. They allowed me to keep my luggage for 4 hours after my check out as my train was late. Rooms are ok like. Hot water available. But bedsheets and pillow covers i feel they should get new. Although they were cleaned. But worn-ed off.

Very good experience of make-my trip, very easy and user-friendly system they have, as per my booking at chhatrapati hotel at pune i got nice service, clean and maintained room. Hotel people also also very kind and supportive. I want to tell you my experience at hotel that after check out because some reason i forgot my digital wrist watch but thanks hotel manager he called me and given information about watch. I went back there and they returned my watch. So i must say thaks to chhatrapati hotel team. And thanks to mm t too.

short but good stay..location..staff..service n cleanliness..all are the bests..above all reasonable rate..overall i wiil suggest this place for tourists to stay here..🙂

Due to death emergency, i had cancel-led my 2 days booking after 1 night stay. They had refund my money without any deduction even there is non refundable policy. Thanks to make my trip and all staff of hotel chatrapati.

Now a days room prices of hotel stay have goon up very high. Even a middle class person can't afford the priceese of hotel stays. But then are some hotels which provide you services of four star hotels, at a low costs, & hotel chatrapati, near bus stand, deccan is one of them. Thanks to make my trip who are providing such hotels

Best for the cost charged, staffs were very cooperative i reached hotel around 2 30 am becoz of my flight delay and i informed them over phone abt this, he welcomed me gladly and even at that time he served me with water, towels and soap
