Perfect getaway

It was just a perfect home like experience away from home, rooms are nice and cozy, hot water are prompt and not to forget it's properly sound proof room you won't get any outside vehicle noise or anything it's located in a prime location with loads of restaurant options to select from thanks to all the staffs for making us feel homely, breakfast is awesome. Since I am a hotelier and a biker myself I tend to find luxury in non luxury hotels I believe even small hotels can make you feel what you need, Relaxation...

This was not great place to reach after long working day. There was complete darkness at entrance, there was no girl at reception or even the area was not clean or person who was at reception was not even looked professional. Room locks were not upto the mark, bad smell in the room. I won't recommend anyone to go to treebo kharadi

No water at 5 am

From past two days no hot water after telling them they started. No drinking water at door step you have to go to the receptionist to get water

Worst experience with support system.

I booked the hotel on wrong date, after i booked, immediately contacted to make my trip and hotel also. But they couldn't-help me to modify the date, i spend to much rupees. All my money wasted, don't expect any support and you query will not resolve at a tall, people are only seating to make money.

Good location, great food variety in the same road. The management can do better by getting the punjabi cooks and and give it a completely punjab koti feel and look. That location does not have a daba too. Cleanliness can be more professional of the rooms !

Poor Stay

No proper wifi connection / network, no refilling of the dispenser, exhaust fans not working, no choice for breakfast and worst behaviour of housekeeping people.

Poor Stay

First of all the office boy was not ready to give the room at 4:30am even though i have booked the room prior to my visit. Even without checking the booking, he directly mentioned to wait till 12:00pm. Then i have done complaint to resolve the issue faced. The second thing is, the ac was not working properly.

Not worth it; worst parking

One of the worst parking areas ever. There’s just a small area, access to which is pathetically blocked by the infamous bikers of pune. The lane has many restaurants due to which delivery agents park their bikes literally anywhere and vanish. If you are in a hurry to head out with your car parked at the hotel, good luck getting out of that cramped up lane. The staff is least bothered and the overall facilities at the hotel are all just poor. The bed is hard and you could wake up with back pain if you are not used to hard mattresses. Overall, a very underwhelming experience.

Room need a painting work lot of crumbles of wall was falling of, in washroom lights was not working, no soap and towel was given, even floor map was not there, main important and disgusting thing small kettle and coffee and tea bag was there in which cockroach was found. Every room issue once highlighted then it was rectified. it was not a pleasant stay
