One of the worst facility, they do not provide drinking water, no towel, no soap etc. They charge for all these. It is just a home without any facilities, please do not refer this facility to anyone. They are very expensive for just a room with bed without tv, without towel, without soap. I have checked in at 1 pm and checked out by 8:30pm even though i book for one day.

This is my second time here and the place is just within 15 minutes from the airport. Clean and green living in pune is common and one gets that feel in my daddy's home for sure. The best thing about this place is the personal attention of the host on almost anything one needs. Very clean and airy rooms. Lot of phone charging points. Furniture made from recycled boards adds to the environment friendliness. A nearby store (like 7/11) provides the necessities, adds to the comfort.

Its a good place to go keeping everything in mind that this place is good for solo traveler or for personal traveler

Worst experience, owner is very greedy, no any facility, demand 2000 more money for room and air conditioner. I recommend for not choose this hotel for your stay.

Rooms were not good. Lighting was not proper. No ac. Toilet was compact and paints in the room were coming off. I saw the room and immediately left it and stayed at friends place, 12 km away! very poor experience. Also the check-in time is 2 pm, which is way inconvinient, and a lot of restrictions.

There were no tv, drinking water is paid. No other services not even a sop a for bathroom uses. Nothing was there as they were mentioned in make my trip ammenities

Horrible experience, dirty and no facility at all. Common toilet with no water in the basin. Mm t is requested to remove this from their list else mm t users will loose confidence in mm t

The owner was good and polite. We don't get any food inside, we have to order by zomato.

Location of this property is good. Around 1. 6kms from the pune airport. I chose rest stay room which was the cheapest available room at approx rs1450 per night. They don't provide wifi password, toiletries. These both are chargeable. Food is also not available

25 rs charged for towel and soap

I had requested an early check in for which i was told that it can be done, there was no mention of charges for the early check in which was rs per hour. There check in time was 2 and i reached at 12 and they asked me to pay 500 for that. The place needs a lot of maintenance, pathetic rooms, there was no one at the reception when we reached the place and. Half n hour later we were to the room which seemed closed for months, and had a weird smell. I paid for staying in such an average place. Wouldn’t recommend this at all. I was staying in kp before i came to this place at the same price! utter disappointment

It was pathetic, horrible stay. There was no phone, no water, no toiletries, no towel, no blanket in such cold weather. On arrival excess time taking formalities to check in. Bedsheet were dirty. It's a complete cheating of customers. This room should not cost even 100 inr. Mmt should look into the matter and should blacklist this property.

Its a place to stay for rest or night with basic amenities. Very near to airport. Host was very nice person and helped us for a 3am checkin. Surprised to see car parking charged separately apart from the room rent.

Washrooms are little small and few things are lacking, also no free wifi

The property is located in a peaceful colony. We didn't eat a complete meal from the owners. We ordered from swiggy and got the plates from the owners of this property. They charged us for it. The washroom didn't have an exhaust fan. Liquid handwash or any other soap was not available beside the wash basin.
