RA Residence

Not a clean place! Sheets and beds are dirty! Rooms were not even cleaned. Tiny cockroaches everywhere. There’s a damp smell always coming from the rooms.

Ac not working broken,center table,uncleaned toilet common are lights not working.please take of all this overall experience pathetic

The room was small that's fine, the walls had dust on it which was visible, blanket had a stench which they changed immediately but it should have been checked. Menus are there but food service is not available.

The room wasn’t clean, and smelly. Did not find the room as shown in pictures. The price was not worth for a very small compact room and bed was small too for comfort, pillows were very old, used and uneven

Excellent. Good maintenance. Good staff. Friendly room . Neat and clean I recently stayed at The Serene Horizon Hotel, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, with the front desk staff being courteous and efficient. I was given a room on the 6th floor with a beautiful city view, and it was both clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens felt fresh and high-quality. The bathroom was spotless, with a steady supply of hot water, soft towels, and complimentary toiletries. Housekeeping was prompt and maintained the room very well during my stay. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which had strong connectivity throughout the hotel. The in-house restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes for breakfast, including both local and continental options. The food was flavorful, and the staff was attentive. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop lounge – it offered a stunning view of the skyline, perfect for unwinding in the evening. The location is another big plus, with easy access to shopping areas and public transport. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Stay was good but service of staff wasn’t. Food was not good. Property was good. Hope i stay there soon again.

Pls don’t stay,Poor service,Dirty room,dirty bed sheet,dirty blanket,dirty washroom I called around 4 to 5 times and shout than they changed the blanket and bedsheet, there was dust and dirt at many places

It was a fairly spacious room with a balcony which had a view to Mango Orchards. Located on the main street, it was still quite peaceful and tranquil. Memorable stay. Recommended for people who want a budget friendly, yet a good experience in Pune.

not so good not so bad.. average stay. staff is busy in watching reels the whole day including the security guy. these reels have spoiled it
