mangus square business hotel budget hotel . and indian hotel industry rule according not services serve. First I advice to hotel restaurant management total unprofessional. and hotel manger hotel rule and regulations not follow . only I request u as per hotel budget property and including services all documnt all reading and after all mention this services otherwise guest personal leval hurt. all services are good and I m staying last 7-8 times bt I m not accept restaurant and policy. I hope hotel owner one time read proper policy as per hotel management indian IS,ISO standards. I hope my review workable.

Terrible Stay
Very disappointed with the suite booked through MakeMyTrip – bad lighting, old TV not working, no internet, tiny bathroom and bathtub, no balcony, and untrained staff. Please review and improve your services.

Worst staff and bad stay.
The stay at this place was disgusting, the room was stinking of smoke smell, the water kettle was not cleaned, dust was visible all over. We went to the restaurant of this hotel, firstly the Menu was not available, when asked what is available, the manager said nothing is available. The chef is least concerned and was rude saying we only hv limited items hardly 2-3 dishes, and was not even apologising nor interested to prepare a dish and just walked away out..

Very worst experience ever had while spending money , had booked room for 3 sharing, was provided with a mattress only for the 3rd member that to not clean, spreaded on land directly, bad experience-ever....

Property location is good . However they have no fan or centralised AC only option is split AC so room air was having foul smell did not liked it at all .Bathroom was clean but again no ventilation so once wet will stay wet for whole day
