I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent booking I made . I arrived at the property at 10:30 AM, well in advance of the standard check-in time, yet the room was not provided to me until two hours later.
This delay was highly inconvenient.
Furthermore, the breakfast provided at 8:00 AM was unacceptable. It consisted solely of poorly prepared, undercooked poha served in a flimsy plastic bag with a paper plate. The tea was similarly substandard, provided cold in a plastic bag. Basic amenities were also lacking, as water was only provided the following day after I had to specifically request it.
Adding to this negative experience, the caretaker's communication was blunt and unprofessional.
As a member of your service for over 25 years, especially during your current anniversary celebrations, I am deeply disappointed by this exceptionally poor experience. The quality of the breakfast provided was minimal, certainly not exceeding the cost of INR 35 from a street vendor.
This entire experience was far below the standards I have come to expect and has left me with a very negative impression. I will not be recommending this particular accommodation to anyone.
I request your immediate attention to this matter and would appreciate a response outlining how you intend to address these significant shortcomings.
