I went with my family and we had booked 2 rooms. The hotel staff is really good and helpful.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was far from clean or comfortable. The bed sheet was dirty, clearly not replaced or washed properly before my arrival. The AC unit was leaking water, creating a mess on the floor and making the room feel even more humid. To make matters worse, I found cigarette ash in the bathroom, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable in a non-smoking room. The bed itself was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Worst of all, there were cockroaches in the room, which is a serious health and cleanliness concern. This made me feel very uneasy and clearly showed a lack of proper maintenance and pest control. Overall, this was a terrible experience and not what one would expect when booking a room. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

I had originally planned to stay for 4 days but I couldn't stay for more than 2 days. The entire premise was dark and dingy and smelled very bad. The rooms were too small and the bedsheets looked like they had not been washed. The wifi had issues the whole time. For breakfast, I was told that I'll be receiving a call between 8-10 am but no calls were made. To conclude, pathetic hotel. Do not plan to stay here ever.

Excellent value for money, the room is very beautiful, the cleanliness is impeccable, the service is efficient and friendly. It's a very pleasant surprise, the equipment is quite modern and nicely decorated, I highly recommend it.

The stay was decent, but the location is a bit off from the main city and feels isolated. No restaurants nearby, and the in-room dining menu is expensive. I stayed for 8 nights, but they still charged for late check-out and didn’t offer any compensation. The washroom was quite small. Overall, the experience was average.
