The room is very nice and quite big and the accommodation facility is also very good. If you want a place in a low budget then book this place. You will not get such a good place in Pune in a low budget.

Ok and Treebo need to work on accessories parts like Toothpaste + Toiletries + shaving kit etc basic amenities are missing coffee and tea machine etc

Terrible Stay
Absolutely Dreadful Stay at Hotel Itsy, Yerwada My recent stay at Hotel Itsy in Yerwada, Pune, was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, it was clear this was going to be a terrible experience. The hotel lobby itself was creepy and unwelcoming, setting an immediate negative tone for what was to come. Upon entering my room, I was hit with a pervasive damp and musty smell that made the air feel heavy and unpleasant. This was compounded by a severe mosquito infestation, making it impossible to relax or get any decent sleep without constant swatting. It felt more like a campsite than a hotel room. The bathroom facilities were equally appalling. There was no hot water available, which is a basic amenity one expects from any hotel. To make matters worse, the toilet was broken, rendering it difficult to use properly. And, of course, there were no toiletries provided, leaving me completely stranded. Overall, Hotel Itsy failed on every conceivable level. The lack of basic hygiene, functional amenities, and a comfortable environment made for an incredibly disappointing and frankly, disgusting, stay. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Save yourself the discomfort and choose a place that actually offers the standards of a habitable accommodation. I left 1 day early to avoid this sorry situation with this Hotel.

Hotel with Spacious Rooms but Inefficient AC and Poor Service
The hotel reception is on the 2nd floor, and there was no hospitality. The check-in staff did not even show me to my room; they simply handed me the key, and I had to find my way. The room was big and spacious, with a nice bed and a clean bathroom. However, the issue was with the AC—it was not cooling properly. When I reported it, the staff’s response was simply to turn on the fan. I had to remind them that I had paid for an AC room, after which they moved me to another room. Even in the new room, the main issue remained: while the rooms are large, the AC units are only 1.5 TR, so they do not cool the space effectively. For breakfast, they served puri with sabji and poha.

The stay was quite good, hospitality is also excellent. The cleanliness and atmosphere is also excellent. Room is quite big. Food quality needs to improve. Overall experience is avarage. Staff & dining area was on terrace floor. It can be improve.

Poor Stay
Too many cockroaches in room. Room was not cleaned. We stayed for 3 days yet every day there were several cockroaches. Not at all hygienic. Seems like room wasn't cleaned well. Informed staff as well but action was not properly taken. 2/5

Worst food. Worst staff. No parking allotment random people will hanging around your car some of these sat as well. I have travel-ling more in india. Bt i have not seen these type of service anywhere. The while checking staff asking me about room which room i have booked ac or non ac. Y is they don't knew about the bookings? there is no proper breakfast dishes are dirty. Anyways i will not waste my word here for now. Just bee careful while booking these hotel. Because this will take your happiness of staying in hotel. Don't feel god at all. Worst. Just worst.

Bitter experience
Not satisfied. The staff is not much professional, the interior is not hygiene. The housekeeping staff clean the room but really not clean. We have to explicitly as about change tovels and refill bodywash etc.

I have booked and paid for delux room, where i expect minimum facility of water bottles, towel, soap etc which is very essential. Unfortunately not got anything.
