First of all positives: 1. Location: Excellent 2. Housekeeping : Excellent 3. Reception Staff : Excellent Special Mention for Mr Rahul. Negatives : 1. Maintenance : Par bellow Hot water was not available. Frequent power cut offs mainly in nights. 2. Staff at restaurant is very much arrogant Not much of options available in breakfast. South Indian food was horrible. A la carte food is comparatively better but not for the money what they are charging. Overall average rating

We were not provided with the food which was included in our package. Hotel informed us to cancel the package from male my trip but i didn't get any response from this side also i want refund

I have taken coupon including dinner also. but they have charged for dinner. Told me that pls talk to make my trip.

TV remote was not working, they got my tea orders wrong twice, 1st stay bedsheet were scratchy had to change the next day due to which i had no sleep the first day. NO fridge .. being in a suite … everything wrong with the lift… overall my stay was average

there was Cockroaches in the hotel room. food quality was not good and rates were also high. key card was not working even after going two times to Reception for key tapping. over all not a good experience.

Food was average, no response of room cleaning person. Tv was not working. No body answered the concerned number. Location is ok. Charged 2000/- extra for early check in for just 2 hours early check in

I was the amazing experience with make may trip, and the property i got that aslo best service.

Rooms were good. Bathroom can be better. Sheets / covers could be better. No toiletries were provided. Had to purchase my own. Lqrger group bookings were given preference. Perfect was the food and cocktails. They made my stay enjoyable

This has been the worst property I’ve booked through MakeMyTrip. The room was in a shocking state—broken furniture, a damaged wash basin, and a bathroom window that wouldn’t close properly. I've attached photos for reference. The linen was visibly dirty, and I couldn't sleep the entire night due to constant itching, likely from unclean bedding. It was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. Considering the price I paid, I expected at least a basic level of cleanliness and maintenance. MakeMyTrip should seriously reconsider listing such properties, as this one does not meet even minimum quality standards.

Room ambience is not up to mark and toilet is very bad. Linens are dirty and crockeries are pretty old.

I will never stay with Deccan pavilion again, reasons: 1) Front Desk is not professional, I was handed over key to a different room (201) when my room was (208). 2) Breakfast was not good, uttapa was not fresh and there was no one to help. 3) On my second night, I ordered 2 bottles of drinking water TWICE, but water did not arrive into my room.

Bed linen were not cleaned and bathroom was not good. Overall quality of hotel and stay was average

Rooms are not clean, room key doesn’t work, lift doesn’t work. Hotel location is good but the hotel service is pathetic

The hotel is very badly maintained. The signs of negligence are evident everywhere starting from the reception. The pillows were yellow and had to ask the staff to change them. Ditto for the towels. There is muck on the glasses and cups in the room. The side tables have prints of oil. If you are someone who cares for hygiene and cleanliness, this isn't your place
