the service was not good, on requesting a extra with charge, took the hotel one and half hour and was given at 1am at night. the hotel is good, service needs improvement

We had a very short stay at this hotel for one night! Room and bed linen was clean! Bathroom was a bit smelly and was not cleaned thoroughly! Our package was including breakfast but we couldn’t have the same as they start their breakfast only at 8:30 and we needed to check out before that! I think the hotel needs to arrange some quick bf jic the guest plans to leave early! Also no arrangements for driver to sleep!

Overall room was good. However the service was not good. I had to wait for 45 minutes to get my room. Room . Room landline was not working. Make my trip confirms the booking but there is no room available
