3. The premises is located inside and not at all maintained. Not at all worth the money. Washbasin is just above the wc pot which makes it useless. The premises is not maintain broken furniture and fixtures. The lift was not working half of the time. The services were not good need to call them twice for a single work they needed to be done and the receptionist had a different attitude to answer the customer

familyProperty is decent. But the staff and service is terrible. The hotel is run by 3 workers who are arrogant, unfriendly, rigid and uncommunicative. Because of this, the experience was forgettable. On top of this, breakfast is below average. On some days, there is no availability of clean towels. Treebo has a good property but they have mismanaged it by not having a manager to run the place.

Treebo group of hotels, what they show in the picture and review are mismatch, though the hotel staff were very well mannered and helpful. But the executive of the treebo hotel, i requested for change my hotel was rude and didn't understand the issues and didn't help. Over-all experience satisfactory. Location was bit tough to reach, staff were wonderful, food too was good but only issue was in cleaning rooms. They do it alternate day. Washroom was so dirty and smelling hell. May be because of this the room was full of mosquitoes.

This hotel's biggest issue is cleanliness and maintenance. The bathrooms are gross, and they only have hot water. When i complained to the manager, he just shrugged it off, saying the pipe is broken so that's why it's only hot water. And the kitchen? forget about it - it's filthy and they don't care about safety.
