Washroom was not well maintained and Tv is not working. Fan makes a lot of noise apart from that bed was comfortable.. Decent air conditioning... All kinds of delivery options available

They didn't even had a towel to give me. Unbearable foul smell in room. Breakfast was ok. Rest of the amenities were fine

Stay at Itsy Mirra

The balcony door was not lockable, it had a broken latch, we were given that room without even inspecting, plus when we asked to change room, initially the staff was reluctant, they must understand this was hampering our safety. When finally we asked who will take responsibility if something happens, then they got convinced to change the room finally.

The service is poor. No breakfast in the morning. It's a new service apartment and the staff is not responsive. No hotels close by so if you need breakfast early, this is not the place to be in. Having said, the rooms are lavish, very clean, and has the necessary facilities for a peaceful stay. Its a new service apartment, so i guess they will take a few months to stabilize. Having said the price for the service is very reasonable

familyFirst of all this is not a hotel, it's an apartment and no food service was available except the so-called south indian food breakfast. Secondly i have booked this for there person but we got only one bottle of water per day, the condition of bed was very bad, dirty room and bathroom as well thirdly the behaviour of all the staff was very bad, they didn't have the sense to talk.
