Rooms are great, they've comfortable mattress, however one of the pillows was smelling bad, they changed it immediately. Location is good. Slightly expensive. Not a great value for money place. Hospitality was decent, they didn't take initiative to do anything, didn't even offer to carry my luggage to the room when I checked in.

Need more cleanliness and hygiene even they were not receiving high number of customers or profit. Bcoz every individual is paying for their room and food. So there will be not compromise in the maintenance services.

The Dhans is at quite peaceful place and top floor rooms makes us feel life like king size also the service is quicker there is some persons who also helps for language differences and breakfast was awesome.

The Dhans is good for family and business persons. Yup the rates are sky high but accepting the location. Good place and favourable location at Velachery. Ample parking space available.

Ideally located on that a man i road among-st the residential area. Service by the staff is good.
