Room 4011 still can’t be lock. Sane as my previous stay. Last stay already did review about this issue. Still not fixe.

there is no cleanliness at all , there is no service at all, there is no toothbrush & paste, terrible experience

AC wasn't working well, wash basin in room was leaking heavily, breakfast included in package was not sufficient.

Room was not good not to the up to the mark room was not clean very werst Matinee lot of disturbances too much noise

Very bad experience. The fan was talking to us the whole night. The bathroom is not good water leaking.

Room was full of cockroaches. No parking.

The room was horrible. unclean bedsheets, dirty bathroom, pathetic rooms to live in. I would need an entire refund. I will never recommend Elite Suites ever

Location and room were okay. However, service attitude was terrible except for one or two staff. Also, renovation is being carried out making the whole place dusty and noisy. I developed dust allergy. They did change the room on request but still did not have a concept of cleaning corridors and lift causing the dust to settle all over the place. Food choice was minimum and breakfast only started at 8.30am which is too late for people wanting to go to work. Staff not trained in hygiene.

Since I booked a single room, it was given in 3rd floor and services were pathetic.. room was pathetic.. it’s like a shared dormitory but open and closed

It is very lousy hotel in this price. Rooms and bed sheet are very dirty. Bathroom is not cleaned. Not recommended.

I am visiting and staying at this hotel since last 4 years. During my current stay I found one very surprising event. Normally I used to find Tea, Bread Sandwich and one more item either poha or upma or aloo paratha. But on last Friday i.e. 11th April 2025, I found, Tea, Mango Juice, Watermelon fruit, Chacos, Corn flakes, Mild, Poha, Upma with Namkeen on it and Best Sandwich i even seen. When I asked the Guy on counter, he even have not opened his mouth, same story on reception. It looks like any one of the owner was there and they have done for him only.
