I am writing to escalate a complaint regarding my recent hotel booking:
Traveller Name: Kiran Thakker
Hotel: FabHotel Prime Rajmundra, Pune
Stay Dates: 6th May to 7th May 2025
At the time of booking, my package clearly included breakfast, but the hotel did not provide breakfast during my stay. I also contacted your customer support, but I have not received any resolution so far.
This is highly disappointing and unprofessional. I request immediate action on this matter and expect a refund or appropriate compensation for the promised service that was not delivered.
Please treat this as urgent.
