the rooms are clean but the dust in room the remains same and the toilet of that room is only clean but not smelling good

The stay was awsome room was clean and neat could have given mirror mirror was missing.

When i reached the location the receptionist started asking for more money and it was late at night as i left with only the option to stay there by paying more money. The room quality was ok. No hot water for bath. Mobile charging slots were not near the bed.

It's just 1BHK old flat, very dirty, you will find cockroaches everywhere, no daily room service.They clean the room on check-in time only but don't change the badsheet etc.I booked but at the time of check in they asked that charges is Rs 800 and need to pay the difference amount and don't provide the valid invoice of the difference amountVery bad experience of my life here.

1. This should not be considered a hotel. The place is in very remote area. Plus they didn't even give water to drink. 2. I was told to give 440 rupees on check in. I had no option as i was very tired and the trip was non refundable. 3. Both the nights, the hotel was locked at night and i had to wait for as long as 3-4 hrs late at night for them to open the door. I was out waiting for them to open the door till 4 am. It was very unsafe to be there at that time and my feet were also swollen. I think you guys should return the entire amount of this booking and the 440 rp they charged. It was the worst experience ever for me! giving away 200 rp coupons as consolation was not enough!

I didn't stay there as they didn't open the door when i reached there. This was highly unprofessional and i even did raise a complaint against them as it was around 2 am when i wanted to check in
