recently stayed at this property and overall, the experience was satisfactory. The location of the property is one of its main advantages. It is situated in a fairly accessible area with good connectivity to nearby landmarks, markets, and transport options. This made it convenient to travel around without much hassle. At the same time, the surroundings were relatively quiet, which allowed for a relaxed atmosphere. The food experience was average. There was a reasonable variety on the menu, and the quality was decent. Some dishes were enjoyable, but others could use more consistency in terms of taste and freshness. The breakfast options were filling, though not very elaborate. Room service for food was timely, but the presentation and portion sizes could be improved. In terms of amenities, the property offered the basics—Wi-Fi, housekeeping, and room facilities—which were functional for the most part. Wi-Fi speed was usable but not always stable, and housekeeping services were regular though sometimes delayed. The room was adequately furnished and clean, though a few fixtures could benefit from better upkeep. Service from the staff was polite and professional. Most of the requests were attended to, though occasionally there was a wait before assistance arrived. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and did not take too much time. Overall, I would describe this as a comfortable stay that served its purpose. It provides value for short visits, though a few improvements in food quality, consistency of amenities, and speed of service would make the experience much better.

Overall the stay was pleasant but there can be an improvement in bathroom facilities. Did not find a shampoo nor any hand wash.

their is amenity, service nor any breakfast provided after booking . room is value of 800 -1000 rs but you charge 2200/- per night. so dirty and zero service . one of worst stay I have ever did.

No TV as it has some problem for display no lift as it's under repair .No Breakfast as it's paid while booking

Staff was good, room was ok felt power outage multiple times, i booked room with breakfast but somehow it got canceled though i got refund from mmt.

Back in August 2024, we stayed at Grey House during a work visit to Pune. We booked a deluxe room, and while the room was small with just a double bed, a cupboard, and a small washroom, it was clean and well-kept. We didn’t mind since we were only staying for a few hours. This time, we booked a different room with more amenities for a two-day trip to Baner. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The room was dirty, the bed had stains, the pillow covers weren’t washed, and the whole place smelled bad. There were termites in the wooden furniture, and the "amenities" were just a single glass and a tiny bar of soap. To make it worse, the washroom was full of ants at night, which was disgusting. The floor had stains too. What upset me the most was that even though we booked a different package, they gave us the same room as last time. This stay was disappointing and far from what was shown or promised. I wouldn’t recommend this place after this experience.

they don't have 16A socket, I needed. staff is quite inert and inactive uncaring. poor service. room was clean. toilet seat was broken. not a good experience

Comfortable stay, rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering great comfort and relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable—they were friendly, attentive, and quick to address any requests.

hotel was average. Imside room there was mosquito. No electric kettle, no facility to make tea or coffee. No sachet of milk powder/ sugar/ tea bag/ coffee bag. Tv was not working. Main door was not impreesive, patch of broken wooden plate was screwed. Room curtain was too short in width to cover entire room for black out. Ac was working perfectly. Geyser was working in bathroom. Mini soap was available but no other toiletries was available like shampoo, tooth paste, tooth brush. Location of hotel was good. For food, they have tie uo with resturent and can order directly to the resturent through mobile calls. Utensils for having food was extremely of bad quality and of plastic material. 2 half lt mineral watar was availabke in the room. One towel was available. Parking is availabke inside the premises. For check out he was rigid to get check out on time only though it was mentiond that check in and check out is flexible. I had asked to give 11:30 for check i g out but he said you need to check out only 11:00.

The room was not up to expectation. Tiny room. I ordered room service, the food quality was not good. Room service is also not frequent, had to specifically ask for them to clean the room.

The staff is very polite and eager to help. They could improve on the breakfast they include in the package. They only offered poha and a banana which i don't think is good enough. The room was clean and neat. I loved the stay except for the breakfast.

It was good and clean hotel with good staff the only thing is they are mostly not allow early check in.

I am not satisfied with wifi connectivity and speed. The television is also not working, bed sheets, and towels are also not so good. Smell from ac. Bottled drinking water was free.
