I had booked a stay at Hotel Orchard Park via MakeMyTrip. The condition of the room was unhygienic and significantly below acceptable standards—certainly not worth I paid. The room should not cost more than given its poor upkeep. As I mentioned in my previous email and attached photographic evidence, cockroaches were roaming throughout the room, the cleanliness was appalling, and maintenance was clearly neglected. Despite these serious concerns, I was pressured to cancel my booking late at night (around 23:00 hours), with no assistance offered in finding alternative accommodation. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of service and support. I am requesting a full refund of the booking amount due to this unacceptable experience.

Tv remote control not working properly channels not showing towel does not clean properly, the bathroom was not clean everywhere black spots, lateral bottom side yellow marks shown. breakfast service was good.
