Review Of Super Townhouse OAK Regal Inn Near Sant Tukaram Nagar Metro Station

No toiletary given and the breakfast was in other hotel which was opposite Regal Inn where in we had to cross the road and walk. I reached on night in hotel and we had no one to guide as where to park the car.

Cochroches were there in bed living room and in toilet. No soap. Ac was not working.

Electric plugs are not working , WiFi is not working and cockroaches are moving in the room . I have travelled for my office work but unfortunately not suitable

It is clean and near PCMC railway station and staff were good and helping. Food near the hotel was very good. Only thing one thing was that not allowed early check in due to flight arrival was early 3 hours than check in time. Room house keeping, bathrooms are very clean and hygienic.

You are charging stay with breakfast and at hotel they don't give this is happened 2nd time with me

Room is very Small . Toiletries Items not Given . When asked on Reception very Rudely answered that Handwash is kept at Basin & that was our 4 in 1 Toiletry Item It will work as Shampoo, Conditioner , Bodyloyion & Handwash as well . I heard this type of Horrible answer first time in Life.

as i booked hotel with breakfast but hotel didn't provide breakfast hotel room AC is not working i booked hotel with suit room hotel given me delux room but when i complaint then they given me suit. no bathing material like soup, toothpaste shampoo provided overall bad experience they directly rejected for breakfast nd no refund given to me

Cockroach every were in room. No breakfast facility no soap kit for bath rooms are not ok for stay.

Rooms are not good as shown, cockroaches are roaming inside the room. In amenities breakfast is included but when i asked for breakfast they denied. there is no kitchen.

Great experience with Cockroaches, Whole room, bed, bathroom, inside of POP everywhere. Then small small 🐝 . No Facility to connect with Reception or restaurants etc. Receptionist response wonderful 🤔

Hotel is filled with cockroaches only, very untidy and not a place to even rest for few minutes, admin kindly do something if you think of continuing in business

The tap of washroom was broken. No freshener was installed. Super smelly washroom. The girl sitting in the reception doesn’t have any manners to speak. Plenty of coakroaches. I booked a suite the sofa was smelly and dirty.

Breakfast not available. Don’t book with breakfast waste of time and money. We can table to recollect the money.
