Great place. Value for money.

property location is very much approachable to all area of Pune , all transport facilities are available. Staff is very much cooperative and decent , the only problem with me is that they doesn't inform me about check out with prior notice as we are aware of confused with date of check out , they inform us at around 10.40 am on 11/9/25. When I request to extend my stay for one day they refused giving reason that all rooms are booked for today and your have to check out within half hour. As my son's admission work was not over and expected to complete till 12/9/25 upto 11 am morning , I check out and search for other hotel near by which was very hectic. sonit requested to provide prior information to customer atleast by 2 to 3 hours or provide tha facility to extend stay. Overall stay in Shantai was very joyful and decent , I sure that next time I prefer only Shantai Hotel and provide references to my knows to stay here only.

Hotel services was very worst they don’t listen anything rooms are very dirty in reception staff boy was very rude he can’t listen even they don’t give water and breakfast

The food was good. They did not provide slippers, dental kit No facility for warm water, in the next day morning I had to take shower in cold water I got corner secluded room, and the bathroom was extremely small, barely one could stand and take shower. The worst part was , there was a lot of noise from their staff after midnight

So i booked a very basic, beginner room at Shantai during my recent visit to Pune and it was still so spacious and comfortable. The place is super well maintained and the staff is really polite. The hotel has an on-site restaurant and a cafe at the back, and both of these places have amazingly delicious food. It's a good hotel to stay at when you're on a budget.

Rooms are clean and staff are very cooperative. Good location. Breakfast was very good. Love to visit again.

Location wise well placed . Many temples near by including Dagdusheth. Food was good. Although breakfast is overhyped.

Location its very good, facilities best, caring staf, break fast food is not very testy its ok overalls excellent hotel 👍

Room was quite small and bathrooms even smaller and claustrophobic, loud music from restaurant below till 01:00 AM

Pleasant reception however, old rooms - the food in the restaurant is without any taste difference (only spicy) and highly overpriced and overhyped
