It was good room, but a little clumsy . Route was narrow. Located in the main city, staff was helpful

My stay was good overall. The location was convenient and easy to find. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful. Food quality was decent, though service could be a bit faster. Overall, a nice experience for the price.

Very Bad to stay,Behavior and food and Service. we booked 4 rooms but they give 3 rooms

The hotel rooms were good.But neither there was a working TV nor hot water...even though there was a heater, it wasn't working. The service they provided was bad. For an additional person to accomodate into our room they charged extra 450rs. It wasn't that good experience.

As compare to price range its average stay with the small compact room. And bathrooom

I recently stayed at the Hotel parag, and it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

I have booked 2 days prior then also when I came , they have given the room to someone else and I had to suffer in the midnight searching for a new room

It was very bad room and there is no any facility which they mentioned in bio.Very bad service room is not clean and space is very very limited.also water is not clean and much more details.

This was the worst hotel stay of my life. The bathrooms and toilets are not cleaned throughout your stay—they only clean them after you check out. They don't provide towels unless you specifically ask, and even then, they only give them once every two days. The rooms are filthy, poorly maintained, and infested with hundreds of tiny cockroaches. No one comes to collect utensils after meals, and even if you call them, there's no guarantee they will respond. The items listed on the menu are often unavailable. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely small, From day one, I faced multiple issues—water leakage on the floor in room 505, after which I requested to shift to room 503. Then, the water supply stopped entirely, and I had to request them to turn on the motor. Frequent power cuts made things worse, with lights going on and off, sometimes for up to half an hour. The rooms receive no natural sunlight, making them feel dark and depressing even during the daytime. The staff is mostly untrained, ill-mannered, and unprofessional. They overcharge for even minor errands, demanding an extra ₹50 each time they fetch something from outside. If you refuse to pay their unreasonable charges, they become uncooperative. The only exception is Kanahia Kumar from the night shift—he was the only decent staff member. Overall, this hotel is a complete disaster. Poor hygiene, terrible service, unprofessional staff, and never-ending maintenance issues make it one of the worst places to stay. Do yourself a favor—avoid this hotel at any cost!

Check-in process is hectic. No internet connectivity, barely jio network works not others and no wifi just for the reception. Overall experience was good cause of location of the hotel was good.

The hotel room was not at all clean, it doesn't look anything like the pictures, the sheets were dirty and the bathroom was not cleaned. To be honest it was the worst hotel experience i had. I have learned to not go for cheap options anymore.

The service is not up to the mark, and room condition is medium not up to the price that the hotel taken from me. Ok for one night stay. Hotel speaks about the rules and regulations but they also maintain the room proper and hygienic.

The photos updated is different from the actual room given. it was a lodge and not hotel. very small bathroom.
