1. Actually hotel was different from what i have booked. Hotel management said the they have arranged besides the radika hotel. And their behaviour was very rude. Actually i reached hotel around 7:15 pm but they have not provided basic things in the room like towel, pillow cover and soap. This was very bad experience in this hotel. Totally wastage of money. Even their bedsheets are dirty. Please respond and arrange refund for the same.

I would seriously wanted to share share my experience which was really worst, terrible & really very disappointed with the not getting support what I have got it from your Make My Trip Team as well. I was just looking out for support with the incident happened there at the hotel with carrying my family of senior citizen (My Mom) & 3 small kids ( 9 Months infant), 2 & 3 yrs old babies. Already had a discussion yesterday what & how the incident happened & how was my experience & not getting support at time from your team here is really worst. Thanks 👍

In the image and description hotel room was 144sq. but this room is only 70 to 80 sq. Ft. Room very dirty all night mosquito comes upper window always open this window not need. I was traveling lot of hotels but this is a very scary hotel i can't sleep the whole night
