Terrible experience
Amenities and food were terrible, very overpriced as per the room’s condition. Rooms were in a very bad condition.

Maintainace
I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share some feedback: The washroom shower was broken, and there was water leakage. Request you to please improve maintenance. The TV remote was not working. The service and staff were good — response was timely and polite. The blanket provided was torn and had a hole; please ensure better linen quality. The bath towel given was new, but the fabric was not comfortable — it sticks to the body after wiping. Overall, I appreciate the hospitality, but a few maintenance improvements would make the stay even better.

the service staff are very cooperative, eager& helpful. Room is clean airy mind says take rest here. the breakfast we feel is not up to the mark of expectations and standards of professionalism. we give 80% for everything 👍👌

poor maintaince lousy bathroom extra bed fo 3rd person is dirty don't feel sleeping on it outside property looks good inside the room is bad flooring in the room is bad overall poor maintaince of the property think before booking

Value For Money
I have visited this property multiple times. Situated in very decent location. Staff is supportive. Breakfast is great as they serve variety of dishes so if you are planning you stay make sure to add breakfast too. Washroom could have been more clean. Seems it required few civil works rest is good place to stay

Poor Stay
⸻ Title: Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs I recently stayed at IVY Suites Pune for around ₹3,500 per night and had an extremely disappointing experience. • Room Condition: Old rooms with poor refurbishment – plywood edges and nails visible. • Cleanliness: Spotted small cockroaches in the room. • Bathroom: Shockingly, the bathroom floor was covered with a carpet stuck down with duct tape – extremely unhygienic and unsafe. • Overall, the property feels neglected and far from the standard expected for the price charged. I have never encountered such poor upkeep anywhere else. Would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

WORTH FOR MONEY
Neatly maintained hotel with all required amenities. Full fledged buffet breakfast starts by 7 am which more important for the traveller
