It was a very pleasant stay. Very affordable stay with good amenities. Located at a very prime spot makes it more convenient to travel.

Such a terrible hotel/PG experience I have ever had. The front desk guy was not able to resolve any issues. I stayed for 2 days, and even at the time of check-in I noticed the room was not cleaned properly. The room was smelling, no towel was provided in the bathroom, and there was no hot water. The breakfast quality was absolutely pathetic. When I asked for tea in the room, they told me to go outside on the road and use a tapri. They do not serve any food in the room at all. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Housr Hotel : Hello, I am staying at your PG/Hotel, but the condition of the services here is extremely poor. The following issues are especially serious: Proper rooms are not being allotted to the residents. Basic facilities like towels and hot water are not provided. Cleaning and hygiene are in very poor condition. The breakfast quality is very poor — it is neither hot nor fresh. Overall management seems very careless.

I had booked the hotel for 2 days, 12th Nov - 14th Nov. I had informed the Manager prior (twice) that my flight will land at 2:15 am in Pune and I'll reach the hotel by 3:30 am. Upon reaching the hotel, there was just 1 security guard and no other staff to attend. The guard informed me that the room that had reserved for me is allotted to someone else as they reached the hotel at 2 am and had 10 rooms booked. I was so exhausted due to the travel and had to wait till 4:30 to get a room which was not clean. There were no toiletries or Kettle or Towel or Water. Upon asking for water, it was told that the Housekeeping staff is not picking the call and the guard doesn't know where they keep the things. I slept at 6 am and the guard started calling my room at 7 am asking me to come down and sign the check in which he forgot to get done earlier. Overall, it was a pathetic experience.

The rooms were dirty and no housekeeping for cleaning till you request. The rooms shown in make my trip is abosolutely different from what shown in practical. There were water supply issues. One of the worst stay and will never recommend anyone in future.

Property is not good … rooms are dirty and no water .. Staff is very unprofessional.. No good and no breakfast…

this is not a hotel, it is PG for one day stay, if you looking for kind of hotel, then don't choose, there is no service, water issue, no toothpest, shop, towels in washroom, bed is too hard, nothing kitche service or Hot water only best part is night food which is very simple and good

Excellent rooms and all staff are very friendly also very clean and happy environment and appliances are good like AC TV WiFi facilities

Silent place, room cleaness average, food fixed items for breakfast and dinner, hotel location is good.

The hotel is on a good location very near to Mumbai highway. The rooms are comfortable and neatly kept. The services feel worthy of the money charged. I keep on visiting Pune from Mumbai and would not hesitate to stay here again!

The overall stay was comfortable, the services are adequate and the hotel is nicely managed. Good option for business travellers as quite close to all corporates in Baner, Balewadi, Hinjewadi.
