I recently stayed at a Fab Hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from comfortable. There were frequent power issues during my stay, and when we raised complaints, the staff simply responded by saying, "we can’t do anything now, please adjust." This lack of urgency and accountability was quite disappointing.
To add to the discomfort, the flush in the bathroom wasn’t working properly, which made things even more inconvenient. Overall, the basic expectations of a comfortable stay were not met, and the response from the staff only made things more frustrating. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works on improving both the facilities and the service.
