rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made check-in and check-out super easy. The location was convenient, close to [shops/attractions/transport]

Charging full amount as NEW MATERIALS for Pillows, Napkins etc where in it can be Dry cleaned. Further Hotel Managers very rough in approach We don’t recommend

Room was spacious, foods are delicious and location is in the heart of city, nearby airport and railway station.

As always we stayed in cocoon n liked everything about it . Be it food ,stay ,courteous staff,proximity to magarpatta dc . Checkin n checkout was also very easy.Each n small thing was taken care of . Thanks to cocoon team .

Great clean rooms! Courteous staff. Good food. Highly recommend. Tea could be improved but everything else was fab.

The property is well maintained and clean. Food is good in quality and taste . The staff is Co-operative and cordial . All the services are good . Would recommend this property to people .

Location wasn't good--- situated between high rise apartments. Only one restaurant in property. Have to navigate to visit other nearby resaurants. Stay was very comfortable--- however, there were no 2 king beds or 2 single beds. Just 1 king bed. Suite/ rooms were spacious and well kept. Bathroom/ amenities were good. Extended stay by one day. The property disconnected wiFi privileges as soon as checked out-- even though it was well before the official check out time. They should keep the WiFi availability at least after the guests have left the hotel property.

We checked in at night and in the room, the panel from slab fall. It was at 3:30 am in the morning. Bad communication from staff. We were considering to extend our stay and told the same to the spokesperson but after that decided to check out on same day. They didn’t mentioned that extra charges would be applicable. But when we checked out, they charged us extra charges.

The hotel is excellent. Great location, ambience and most courteous service. Food too was very delicious
