Difficulty as it’s inside a society

Overall stay was good, food is great but it’s inside a society and they treat guest as outsiders and security mistreat the guests and does not allow our cabs to enter compound we have to get out to get to out cabs

businessThe only problem I had was with caretaker. You really have to chase him for all small things, including warm water, tea, keys... Doesn’t even care to greet. Everything else is just perfect.

I recently stayed at a 3BHK property in Pune booked through MakeMyTrip, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The property was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, situated in a convenient and accessible area with good connectivity to the city. One of the highlights was the scenic views from the property, which added a peaceful and relaxing vibe to our stay. The pricing was also quite reasonable, making it a good value for money. However, one drawback was that the caretaker stayed in the kitchen, which felt like a breach of privacy. This was unexpected and somewhat uncomfortable during our stay. Despite this, I would still recommend the property for its cleanliness, location, and overall value, but the management should reconsider this arrangement to ensure a better guest experience.

Stayed in kumar prospera apartment under np hospitality which is a premium apartment in magarpatta area. We stayed there like our own home, very spacious & well maintained with a fantastic view. Caretaker **** cook narayanan & shiva both are very helpful. The manager sudip is also very much cooperative. I would stay here again if possible & highly recommended for others. Though the charges are little bit high but it's far far better than staying in such apartment than staying at hotels.

Property address different than mentioned on makemytrip. I reached the location mentioned on mmt, but i was told to move to a different building in same complex for stay. It was a pain to transfer that luggage to a different place

It feels like homely n care taker shiva is very helpful and took all care while staying at property. It's located just near to the amanora mall and apartment is very spacious. You can use the kitchen for making food for your baby if you have toddler it's best to recommend this property to stay. Be z you can make your own food at very ease and also use dinning area and balcony area in common with other people staying at property

The location of the home-stay is different than the given address in the app. It took us time to locate the property. The room was not ready at the time of check-in, as the previous occupant vacated late. The security at the gate is good. The approach road is to be developed yet.

Terrible Stay

Very bad hospitality. They are not professional at all. Only one caretaker and he locks the main door and goes out for some work. We waited outside the door for around 10 mins when we were too tired. Wardrobes lock don't work at all. 3. The shower is either too slow or too fast. U ve wait 5 mins for every 1 ltr hot water so ridiculous. 4. No kettle, coffee powder or anything available except shampoo n soap. 5. No safety for women. We didn't face anything. But there are 3 rooms for 3 different guests. What if there is a single woman staying and the caretaker goes out carelessly with other guests in the other rooms? 6. Caretaker is not at all professional. I was standing in-front of him asking something. He is calmly sitting on the sofa and responding while watching his phone.
